30-Day Return Policy

You may return most new, unused items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. We will also refund the standard shipping cost if the return is a result of our error or a defective product. Original shipping fees are non-refundable for returns based on change of mind or other customer-initiated reasons.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with all tags attached and all components included.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, or due to their nature. These include:

  • Custom-made or personalized items.
  • Items that have been used, assembled, or altered after delivery.
  • Gift cards.
  • Products that are intimate or sanitary goods, such as sharpening stones or finishing materials that have been opened.
  • Items classified as dangerous goods, such as certain finishing supplies.

Sale and Clearance Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale and clearance items cannot be refunded.

Return Process

To start a return, please visit our Returns Center at thecraftspost.com. You will need your order number and the email address used to place the order.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us via the contact form on thecraftspost.com.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and arrange for a return, replacement, or refund, including the cost of return shipping. Please do not return damaged or defective items without first contacting our customer service team.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us using the form on thecraftspost.com.
