Shipping Destinations
We currently ship orders to destinations within the country. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or international addresses at this time. The shipping cost for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Shipping Methods and Costs

The final shipping cost is dependent on the delivery destination, the size and weight of the products in your order, and the selected shipping speed.

Expedited Shipping: For faster delivery, we offer expedited shipping options. Delivery typically takes 2-3 business days after processing. The cost for this service will be calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can use this tracking number on the carrier’s website to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Delivery
It is your responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping, which may incur additional shipping fees. For the security of your order, we do not require a signature upon delivery by default. Please note that the carrier will leave the package at the provided address at their discretion. thecraftspost.com is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being delivered. If you have concerns about your package being left unattended, we recommend using a business address or exploring the carrier’s delivery management options, which may allow you to provide special instructions or hold the package at a local facility for pickup.
Shipping Damages
thecraftspost.com packs all items with great care to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. You must notify our customer service team within 48 hours of receipt of the damaged shipment. We may require photographic evidence of the damaged product and its packaging to process your claim and arrange for a replacement or refund.
Backordered Items
If an item in your order is on backorder, we will ship the in-stock items first and the backordered item as soon as it becomes available. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for the shipment of backordered items. You will be notified via email with an updated shipping timeline for any backordered products.
